The Conference Centre provides rooms for between 15 and 400 people.
Each room has a system of moveable walls, allowing the available space to be increased when required, plus the latest audiovisual equipment, including a giant projection screen, ceiling-mounted video projector, PC, overhead projector, flipchart and interpreting booths.
The Control Room allows all the audiovisual systems to be controlled during the meeting. The system includes a professional mixer, monitors connected to CCTV cameras, video editing workstation, 4 video recorders, DVD player and burner. Video-conferencing and audiovisual recording system installed.
Ariosto Room
Modular room with mobile video projectors, raised platform for speaker table, desk microphones and radio microphones, equipped to accommodate interpreting booths.
Boiardo Room
The Boiardo Room is also used as a banqueting room for up to 300 people but, given the presence of all the basic equipment required, it can also be used as a conference room. It includes video projectors, a speaker system and a raised speaker platform.
Matilde Room
Modular room with mobile video projectors, raised platform for speaker table, desk microphones and radio microphones, dolby surround system.
Melato Room
Separate room with a small private bar and toilets on the same floor, modular, equipped with ceiling-mounted video projectors, sound system, raised platform for speakers table.
Exhibition Center
1400 sq.m. for product fairs or exhibitions in general and large-scale events. The room can also be used as a large indoor car park.
